2024-2025 Pre-Tryout Survey

As we prepare for the upcoming season, we would like to get some feedback on items that will have an impact on building a budget. Your input is valuable to us. This will not be the only survey you see this year, but this one will get us started.

One survey should be completed for each player that is currently registered in Crossbar. So if you have more than one child in the program from your family, submit one for each. Please note that duplicate entries for a player will be deleted.
